Please take a moment to review the following details:CROSS-BORDER TAXESVAT (Value Added Tax) will only apply to residents in Spain and residents in the EU who do not have an EU VAT Identification Number (e.g., private individuals or businesses that are not intra-community operators).For those residing outside the EU, the sale will be exempt from VAT. However, it's important to note that the acquired artworks may be subject to customs duties upon entering the destination country. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover these charges, which are typically collected by the shipping company. The standard terms of sale will be under INCOTERM: DAP (Delivered at Place) at the destination town.RETURNSAll purchased artworks may be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery for an exchange or refund. Any shipping costs incurred by Numena will be deducted from the refund of returned artworks, except for returns of damaged artworks.
